Providing a fresh modern take on warehouse venues, the Clayton House is a premier warehouse wedding venue in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. Previously an abandoned postal storage warehouse, this venue has been completely renovated while keeping some of the warehouse elements making this a truly unique wedding venue. Instead of the urban old brick type of warehouse, this venue has tons of windows, high ceilings, open space, and some cool architectural elements.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces

The Clayton House offers three different event spaces for your wedding day. The rafters is the ideal space for most ceremonies. The space has a lot of moody and rustic vibes. It features wide open space, exposed beams and ceiling as well as some really cool chandeliers. It also features polished concrete floors throughout adding a bit of that modern touch while preserving that warehouse feel.

The central great room is a blank canvas for your reception area. This is really where the modern aspects of this warehouse set it apart from other warehouse venues. The finished walls are a great accent to allow for customization or to simply add a splash of color with lighting. The high ceilings, and exposed block, wood, and beams also continue throughout this space. The space has a contemporary industrial vibe providing a high-class banquet hall. A large sliding door runs along one side of the room allowing for a seamless indoor/outdoor feel as well.

As you enter the outdoor space you are greeted by the outdoor lounge and porch. This space adds an extra cool element to the space allowing for extra space to spread out, or to enjoy during cocktail hour. This space also has lights strung from above for a cool added effect during the evening. This outdoor space allows guests to enjoy the outdoors, while also being able to quickly and easily go between the great room and the outdoors.

Amenities at Clayton House

The in-house catering team at Clayton House offers a fresh, local menu that can be customized as well. They also have a really modern bar featuring on-site bar staff boasting local and national favorites on hand. The warehouse also offers a complimentary bridal suite with that is very open, very clean and has an awesome modern look. The set up of the bridal suite also allows for really good lighting for some great pictures.

Wedding packages at Clayton House also include plenty of parking for you and your guests, setup, cleanup, wireless internet, in-house catering and bar service, tables, chairs, dinnerware, and linens. You also have the freedom and flexibility to bring in your own outside vendors to customize your wedding day to what you want it to be.

Other available items that can be provided upon request include an altar/arch, chairs, tables, and furniture.

Packages and Cost

The starting cost for a wedding at the Clayton House is $5,000. The venue can accommodate up to 350 guests on your wedding day. Bar service is also available in house starting at $50 per person.
