Ceremony and Reception Spaces

There are two different event spaces to choose from when planning your wedding day at the. The Hart Prairie Lodge is a 4,488 square foot venue available for rentals from June through October. This lodge is a rustic venue offering an indoor as well as outdoor event space. The indoor space features a lot of exposed wood as well as tasteful lighting for an added effect. It also features large windows allowing for scenic views. If you want even more views, you can also utilize the outdoor patio ideally used for your ceremony space.

The Freemont Restaurant & Bar offers a large dining room space for your reception. This space is the newest venue located on the base of one of the skiing lifts. The indoor space also features large windows allowing for plenty of natural light as well as views of the surrounding scenery. Unlike the Hart Prairie Lodge, this space is available to rent all year long. This space also features an outdoor patio for added space as well as a cool vibe during the evening hours.

Amenities at Arizona Snowbowl

One of the biggest amenities at Arizona Snowbowl is its location. Arizona Snowbowl is utilized as a skiing location throughout the winter months, but there is much more to see and do around the property. There are numerous trails to explore as you immerse yourself in pine trees, snow capped peaks, and even the occasional view of the Grand Canyon in the distance.

Located at both event spaces are a dance floor, as well as changing rooms, tables, and chairs. Including in every wedding package at Arizona Snowbowl is a five hour rental, event planning, china, glassware, linens, set up/tear down, cake cutting, and servers. If needed, addition time can be added to your wedding day package as well.

Another available option which can be added on for your wedding day is bar packages. You can customize between open or cash bar, as well as specialty drinks and premium liquor packages. Other add-ons available include alters, arches, centerpieces, catering services, event planning, and more.

Wedding packages at the Arizona Snowball begin at $4500 and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Bar service is also available for your wedding starting at $27 per person.
